By validating an order on cat-socks.shop, you accept the terms of our return and reimbursement policy, applicable exclusively in GB. Our priority is to offer you a transparent and satisfactory service. You will find below the details of our conditions and procedures.

1. Return and restocking costs

No restocking fees applies for returns. Shipping costs for returns are only responsible if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. In other cases, the costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Right of return within 30 days

You have a right of withdrawal of 30 days from receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The article must be in its original state: not worn, unused, with its intact labels, and in its original packaging.
